One and Thirty; Bone Ace

These games were played in England in the 17th century. Each player is dealt a three card hand. Face cards count 10 points and pip cards count face value. Players can draw further cards aiming to get as near 31 as possible without going over that total.

Full reconstructions can be found on the One and Thirty and Bone Ace page of the Medieval and Renaissance Games site.
