Aleksandr Surenovich Dronov is a Russian International Correspondence Chess Grandmaster. He is most famous for being the 22nd and 27th World Correspondence Chess Champion. He is currently the World No.4 in the Correspondence Chess World Rankings. He is only the third person after Tõnu Õim and Joop van Oosterom to win the World Correspondence Chess Championship twice.
